Building Self-Confidence

Normal, healthy fear is a good thing, but letting your fear rob you of your dream is not. Fear usually exists because you're trying something new and stretching your comfort zone.
The best way to combat this fear, is to just jump in and start working towards your goals.
Your self-confidence will start to rise as soon as you take the first steps toward achieving one of your dreams. The more steps you take, the more your self confidence will grow because you are taking action.
